CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be deposit ready when booking as a non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. Deposit is made here thru glossgenius. If you cancel within 24 hours, your deposit can be used for a 1 time only reschedule within 4 weeks. QBK offers a 10 min arrival window, at 11min cancellation is at the discretion of QBK. There is a cancelation fee for the following: No Call / No Show and Same Day/Late Cancellations.
